Does it work on a Mac without a notch?
Yes. DropPocket provides a temporary file pocket at the top of your screen, with or without a notch. You can also open it from the menu bar.
Does it upload my files?
File processing happens locally. DropPocket does not upload file contents to our servers. When you use system sharing, the service you choose handles those files under its own policy. See our privacy policy for purchase and analytics services.
How do I drag multiple files together?
Hold ⌘ Command and click to select multiple files, then drag them out together. Hold ⌥ Option while dragging to keep them in the pocket.
What is included in Free and Pro?
Free holds up to 5 files and includes drag and drop, ZIP compression, image conversion, and checksums. Pro removes the file limit and unlocks OCR, encryption, and system sharing.
Do I need a subscription after the trial?
No. After your 7-day Pro trial, you can continue using Free. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase for permanent access, with no subscription. Restore purchases in Settings.
Is it a place to store files permanently?
DropPocket is a temporary holding space while you work. For long-term storage, organize your files into your own folders and keep your usual backups.
